It would not be fair to give the credit to any one person
of your team for the exceptional effort put into the development
of our new site www.uschrome.com. We are extremely pleased
with the result.
When we
initially met, our goal was to create one site that would
be tailored to our seven unique plants, be a resource to our
customers, be technical but not boring, and meet a tight budget
without looking like the typical manufacturing / industrial
site. We are happy to say we did not have to compromise.
The development
protocol you suggested required our signoff at various stages
of production. What a hassle, Right? Wrong! We wanted to make
revisions and you accommodated us. We needed pictures to compliment
our content and you provided a resource. In the end, you delivered
exactly what we expected. More importantly, we felt like we
were in charge of the development process, which was very
important to our company after a less than pleasant experience
with a previous "website development" company. Not
only did the other company make us feel guilty for changing
the site, they offered very little from a creative aspect.
Unlike Eggheads & Entrepreneurs.
While
we had a general idea of what we wanted our site to offer,
your staff added the subtle touches that made it a first class
website. We anticipate www.uschrome.com will increase the
traffic on our sister site, www.usnicom.com. It has also given
our managers and salespeople a new tool to distinguish us
from our competition and market the services our seven plants
offer.
Finally,
we both agreed our home page was the key to making this site
stand apart. Dave, your graphic designer, quickly refined
our broad ideas and provided a home page that was professional
and distinctive. We were very impressed with the end result.
We are

with Eggheads & Entrepreneurs. Again, first class job
on all levels of this project.
